Following your Purchase, you have one (1) calendar day to cancel for a full refund. However, we will not tolerate invalid justifications for cancellations and refunds. We reserve the right to reject refund requests we find unreasonable or fraudulent. If we cancel your transaction for any reason, a full refund of any payment you have made will be processed.

We continually update the product and service offerings on the Services. Despite our best efforts, the information about our Services may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
